      Very little bureaucracy, care greatly about customers, up-to-date equipment

      Run salaried employees into the ground, mediocre benefits, reactive vs. proactive upper-management

      Avantages

      Conveniently located near the 610, 290 & I-10. Offices are nice. The pay was good. I have a lot of respect for the President of the Company and the Plant Manager. Flexible about working on week-ends or after work to get caught up. Nice Thanksgiving and Christmas parties.

      Inconvénients

      Too much nepotism in some departments. Too much drama. Some upper management treat hourly employees beneath them. Hard work should be valued more than brown nosers!
