      Lots of highly experienced people. StoryBranding process is terrific. Highly energetic atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Needs to be better recognized within ad community.

      Avantages

      Great energy in this place. People love what they do and they enjoy working with each other. Very casual and creative atmosphere, yet everyone works hard. Very smart leaders. I really felt like I was part of a team when I worked there.

      Inconvénients

      They've lost some major business because of budget cuts. I had to move on for better opportunity. I'm sure ESW will do just fine. I'd kill to come back.
