      -Flexible schedule -Easy to get hired -Some schools provide free lunch

      Inconvénients

      -Not much training -Never checked in on -I don't think that the schools and ESS communicate very much -Low pay -Students can be hard to work with

      Not really any cons, sometimes depending on the school themselves can not be organized.
