The product they sell is unique compared to its competition and we have done well selling it to extremely large SAP clients. The company tries to provide a sense of community and family. We have quarterly events like baseball games, picnics, and bowling. Day to day life can be challenging as with any small company. However, the owners are fair and even headed. Mistakes can be made, few are ever fired unless it's truly justified.

Small business means taking on roles that won't be in your job title. It also means trying to succeed is a make it or break it experience. If you are looking to sell ShipERP be prepared for a very narrow niche of prospective clients. If you are looking to program or work as a business analyst, understand that you may have to work hard to satisfy a client at your own expense. Prepare yourself for giving up an occasional weekend or evening. Often holidays are ideal times for Go-Live projects. We had a project manager that frustrated some on our team but they are no longer with us. That issue has been resolved.
