      Avantages

      Good learning opportunities, nice management, getting help whenever needed

      Inconvénients

      I feel like there's no way to get higher salary except maybe by passing their exams to become a Lead developer, which is quite difficult. Project-related activities didn't help me with it

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
