Avantages
pay is high if u get any project then there is no stress or work timings were comfortable
Inconvénients
cracking of projects is too difficult, its easy to crack outside interview compared to internal interviews. The projects are too short term like 5 months or 6 months. once the project is over , you will be on bench and again the war starts its better to go infosys or tcs or techm , because these short projects are literrally hectic, once you get to know the environment , you will be out of the project massive recruitement happening and so many people are on bench almost 6 to 8 months. some unlucky people within 1 month on bench they fire them. its better to ignore the postive reviews below and consider my points and take a wide step
