      Inconvénients

      Work-Life Balance Varies Some employees report long hours depending on client demands. Deadlines can be tight, especially in consulting or delivery roles. Bureaucracy & Process Overhead Big company structure can lead to slower decision-making. Some processes feel rigid or overcomplicated. Client-Driven Culture You’re often working according to client priorities, which may limit creative freedom. Sudden project changes or reassignments are possible if client contracts shift.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
