      Avantages

      Good workplace if you want to learn new things. They have lots of projects with diverse technologies and they provide learning materials to develop your skills.

      Inconvénients

      Even before you could properly learn something they put you on a new project where it is possible that your previous experiences won't worth much and you need to relearn everything with a new tools/programming language while you forget what you learned on the previous project. It is hard to become an expert of a technology like this. This was a disadvantage for me but maybe not for everyone.

      Avantages

      You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Inconvénients

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
