Individual conversations with your Resource Manager are the best way to address specific questions or concerns about salary. This is the approach we recommend. We strive to provide all employees with a competitive compensation package, including benefits and pay, and we're disappointed to hear you are unhappy in this regard.       Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
