Growth tracks are available to current EPAMers, from regular assessments to learning and educational opportunities. Finally, we are disappointed you had a negative experience with our compensation review process. EPAM reviews compensation annually and takes into consideration factors, including individual performance and performance against business objectives. We strive to align our pay-for-performance philosophy with employee expectations.       Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
