      Avantages

      - Default company with classic benefits package - Some projects have super small workload what could allow you to have additional income - A lot of additional opportunities to grow if you want (big community, a lot of education courses, opportunity to be interviewer)

      Inconvénients

      - Due to recession there is salary freeze here - As classical big company it's more difficult to increase salary than in product or in smaller companies - Smaller salaries in comparation to market (I had other job and salary there were 25% higher)

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
