      - Many learning resources (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Pluralsight, EPAM's own library of courses maintained by subject matter experts) - Very friendly colleagues - Engagement activities in the office to bond with colleagues at other projects to not feel left out (e.g. public holiday celebrations, year-end celebrations, fitness activities, etc.) - One-time discount for AWS certification exam - Paid junior academy for software engineers and UX designers - Very inclusive (e.g. pride month celebration)

      Inconvénients

      - Lack of projects currently (market not doing so well) - Work-life balance will depend on the client's project

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
