      1. Good work culture. 2. Professional learning growth.

      Inconvénients

      1. Industry below par salaries. 2. Assessment standards are set high but payout is very LOW. 3. Yearly Bonus is a joke. 4. You will get leftovers after middle managements hefty payouts.

EPAM considers internal and external factors when creating a Total Rewards package - one component of which is salary. EPAM reviews salaries annually and provides raises based on internal factors, including individual performance and performance against business objectives.       Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
