      This company has a very developed infrastructure, a lot of services with which employees can interact. Well-thought-out organization of the work of its employees. There are also many training courses.

      Inconvénients

      The company does not have high salaries for employees.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
