      Avantages

      1. Managers are really good, i did not see any micro management. 2. Good salary. 3. Get to work for big Clients. 4. You will not find this much open minded leadership.

      Inconvénients

      1. There is high chance you may not get good development work. 2. All projects will client specific tools, nothing open source.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
