      Avantages

      A huge infrastructure to improve your skills and learn new ones. Very well offices. Really smart teams. A lot of international and foreign projects. Good salary.

      Inconvénients

      Annoying obligatory training for a lot of boring things. You cannot spend your work time doing this training, you should do it in your private time. A disappointing bureaucracy. To improve your title you have to go through the very long, complicated, and uncertain procedure of assessment by the international committee. In your private time, yes.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
