      Avantages

      Perfect place to get a first job. You will always get help if you need it, lots of trainings to fill skill gap (and very good introduction training everyone has to pass before getting a job).

      Inconvénients

      Hard to earn a promotion, salary at average level, if you are not lucky enough to get good project and good RM.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
