      Avantages

      EPAM gives the possibility to enhance both pro and soft skills. There are a lot of trainings, free English classes with native speakers, conferences, communities and so on. Another wonderful option is career changing without being fired in case of failure.

      Inconvénients

      It's slight difficult to be promoted due to the committee's requirements which have recently been introduced. So it seems to be easy to change job rather then pass certification.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
