      - Unlimited paths/activities/possiblilities for upskilling - You are not just limited to your project work but have multiple opportunities to grow in the organization - Technical and extra curricular activities throughout the year - Support from project as well as technology practice - HR team and administration is very sound - transparency in almost every aspect - your can follow your career aspirations

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
