      Avantages

      Fair pay, some nice people like any company of this size. Free lunch on Friday.

      Inconvénients

      Uk has a pretty poor people culture, weak management and little direction. It’s a East European body shop. Talent pool at the end of life.like working for a old school public sector organisation. Driven by a rather outdated sales process. Not an inspirational or exciting company to work for. Rather old fashion company with poor growth potential unless your ‘Russian’. Unless your money driven, or looking for the last role before retirement, you will soon deskill yourself.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
