      Amazing growing capabilities - there are a lot of internal courses available for employees. The best part is growing after senior developer level - there are different career paths and also a lot of learning stuff for solution architecture. You can get a good competitive salary. You can choose projects to work in.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be proactive to get competetive salary. Some things depend on how lucky you are with your assigned manager. However, you can ask to change your manager. Open space office

      Avantages

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
