Transparency - Managers and above will have transparency .Employees below manager level wont have a Clue what is happening in the company. Pay - High pay which will lock you down in the company Projects - Gambling . we can not say we are in project until it get started . it will come on Saturday and get cancelled on Monday
Inconvénients
First of all don't go with positive reviews . they are forced reviews by employees(Hr will force you write positive reviews) or hr people will write it . 1)Reason leave a company is not company is its Managers -- This is right in all aspects for EPAM INDIA HYDERABAD salesforce practice 2) Managers play with employees career. they will right away terminate the employees and they will give the reason as performance even after working for their prestegious clients and client appreciations. 3) Don't know how hiring is happening for salesforce. referred employees wont get any info about referrals but interviews keep on happening for others. HR and salesforce Management has some thing going on with consultancies. 4)Salesforce Management wont be co operative at all .they are still forcing employees to resign . 5)Policies not for all . only for managers and as per their will . over all very very very Bad experience . Get offer with this and skip this company .
