      Avantages

      Decent company. The hike is better than other MNC's and is on your performance. Work Environment is good. Infrastructure is good. Director is approachable and understands the problems and is open to talking about the issues.

      Inconvénients

      No delivery manager, So a person, needs to handle many responsibilities and sometimes, the work doesn't get noticed. The promotion process is troublesome.
