      Avantages

      - Fun room - Decent salary with benefit budget - Free fruits twice a week - Remote work possible - Elastic and flexible working time - Good atmosphere in the office - Co-workers: mostly young, active and smart people - Getting fired is almost impossible - Helpful, friendly staff - No force to work overtime - English lessons twice a week included in the working hours

      Inconvénients

      - Problems with getting equipment (laptop or additional monitor) - You not gonna get paid software, even if you need it for work - You can do overtimes, if you like. But you won't get paid for that in 99% of cases - Old solutions, poor quality of the products - Employee training & development budget? Haha! - Promotions mostly based on "how much your manager likes you" - Too many mandatory meetings - Huge rotations in teams - Management. Management. Management.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
