      Avantages

      Despite the hurdles, we have been able to attract some talent to the agency.

      Inconvénients

      Designers beware – Empathy Lab calls itself a design agency but that isn’t their focus. The VP of Design is a revolving door, and there will never be anyone that can fit the bill, because the core of design is art not money, and the lab is all and only about the money.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
