      Avantages

      - Some projects are really good - you get alot of experience with actual product development not like other service based companies - Safety net : As they have alot of project, so even if one project ends you quickly get into another project without waiting on bench

      Inconvénients

      - if you get stuck into project where you don't see growth it will be hard to get out of the project unless project itself is ramp down

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
