      Avantages

      Pretty chill, if you'll be attentive with the project choice and manage not to get into toxic environment you could find yourself in a very cozy routine without much hustle. (same thing with FANG however entry point is way higher)

      Inconvénients

      It comes from the pros, chill environment, not much responibility - not the best payroll. You'll end up in front of unbreakable wall of your max salary - and it wont be on pair with industry standards thats for sure.

We encourage engineers to increase their performance levels by upskilling, taking on greater responsibility and pursuing promotion through assessment.
