      Avantages

      Very flexible, close knit environment.

      Inconvénients

      Very slow increases in pay. One week PTO during first year. Some holidays require employees to submit a PTO day or take unpaid. Tons of micromanagement with little trust from managers.

      Friendly atmosphere. Family oriented. Great Team of people. BBQ's once a month, bonuses cant say enough good things about this company.

      None that I can think of.
