Avantages
Having been employed as a creative for around a year, I've seen the company grow and expand tremendously, but their core values remain the same. Maintaining a positive and productive environment are their key priorities. There is an open door policy when it comes to management, and employees voices and input are strongly valued. Policies are flexible, dogs are welcome, and company supported community actives are regular. Hard work is acknowledged and consistently rewarded. Since the company is still in it's first years, there's a great opportunity for a potential employee to grow with the company, or to cut their teeth in the creative studio world.
Inconvénients
This is not a job for someone looking to simply clock in and out of. While a work/life balance is absolutely encouraged, there is a huge value placed on growing and learning. Those employees that haven't done well in the company didn't align with the overall key points of positivity and productivity.
