      Avantages

      As a European based company, in my opinion they tend to care more for their employees. There is an open and clear communication at all levels, and team work is truly appreciated.

      Inconvénients

      Can be a little shy when taking risks in the market.

      - Balance of work and personal life. - Some social benefits. - Hybrid position (2 WFH days per week). - Competitive salary, little bit higher than other sectors.

      Inconvénients

      - Old-fashioned workplace, with noise and distractions. - Split shift 08:00-17:00h.
