Avantages
Nothing what so ever...other than trying to sell student more materials/package.
Inconvénients
They overwhelmed and dump on their student alot of materials at their convenience without time to study them and expect a positive turnaround on test. Not helpful in answering student questions on phone when you call...full of excuses.
