      Avantages

      1. Since there is no plan, you can make your own. Is that a pro? 2. Some folks are nice 3. You can take home a device for personal use while working there

      Inconvénients

      1. Bullies are allowed to lead the company and create a toxic work environment. When complaints are made, people are told to just ignore them. 2. There is no strategy or clear objectives for individuals. The marketing lead has no focus and provides little to no guidance pertaining to the business and strategy. 3. Being a high-performer is not valued. You're expected to be task-oriented vs being strategic. There is no formal development or feedback process.
