      Avantages

      Proactively trying to improve the culture. Interesting products. Pushing the envelope of science.

      Inconvénients

      * Groups are disjointed. Sr management in Taiwan. Communication w/ asian counterpart teams are tough due to cultural and language barriers: engineer cant talk directly to engineer without first talking to manager of the manager of the engineer that knows the need info. * Not much career growth as groups are pretty segregated by expertise, and growth within a group is limited.

      Inconvénients

      Can be challenging to work remotely with groups in other sites No stock program; have bonus instead but does not make up for the potential gains of RSUs
