I would hands down recommend anyone seeking a challenging position ( whether it's Sales, Recruiting, or IT) to look at joining the Dynamics Resources Team. Yes... TEAM. No one at this company wants to be referred to as a "boss", but as Team players and leaders! There are many "perks" to every position, things I have never seen provided in all my years in the work force. They provide healthy meals and snacks in the break rooms for all employees (at no cost to the employees, but to allow them to snack throughout the day), offer to loan extra vacation hours to full time employees who may be short on hours, providing a casual work environment that is still very much professional. The partners treat their employees with respect, kindness and friendship. They ask that you do your job, which I believe some people find too difficult at times. No one is micro-managed or grilled on productivity, but again may I stress that you are expected to learn and DO your job. And the individuals who excel at their positions are offered promotions, wage increases and more responsibility within the company. You will always see people who are negative about a company, those are usually the ones who didn't do their jobs, wouldn't or couldn't learn their jobs, or just didn't fit. It happens! Not everyone is a good fit for every position and every company. But it also shows what type of person they are when they speak, post, and spout nonsense and cruelty. So.. if your looking for opportunities to grow, you work hard, ask questions, and learn.. then this is definitely a place to do that!
