      Inconvénients

      Hard environment to grow a lot of negativity from the floor. Difficulty within other departments affecting the main goal of teaching.

      Extremely poor leadership from the owners • Heavy nepotism and favoritism, with family members prioritized over all others • Constant micromanagement and lack of trust in employees • No work-life balance or respect for personal time
