You learn a ton about technical engineering skills and general construction knowledge with some really amazing people at a fun company.
Inconvénients
You work terrible hours with a field schedule that comes out daily which makes planning your life impossible. You receive very little benefits from the company itself such as not having a company work vehicle despite being in the field everyday.
