I started at DAS as an intern and I was offered the opportunity to join the team as a part-time representative after I completed my internship. After 3 months, I was transitioned to full-time and have been ever since. The reason I wanted to be a part of the DAS team was because I was able to experience the company and the people first hand as an intern. Everyone was so interested in helping me learn the business and the industry. A year and a half later, I have been able to watch and help the company grow. The people at DAS care about the well being of their fellow employees and operate as a team to get their jobs done. The balance between work and play is very well managed which makes for a comfortable atmosphere.
