      No Human Resources professional can ever promise 100% confidentiality. In fact, in the Dunbarton Handbook it specifically says "Complete and absolute confidentiality cannot be promised." We certainly do our best to remain confidential depending on the circumstances and are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied.

      Avantages

      Best benefit package around! Several employees have worked at Dunbarton for over 40 years. The company cares about it's employees and there is growth opportunities for employees that show initiative

      Frustrating at times because not everyone is on the same page

      Avantages

      Very good benefits for the area. Good first job for people in IT, HR, accounting and engineering, but should have plans to move on after 3 years or so once you've gotten some experience.

      Inconvénients

      Very little emphasis on training/developing their talent. Pay increases are rare.
