      Avantages

      Great work-life balance. Flexible work schedule for full-time. Great people. Great benefits. Great culture. The management really seems to care about making employees happy and they are pretty open in communication.

      Inconvénients

      Most work could be done from home, but still have to come in. Lower pay than private pharmaceutical or clinical research companies.

      Avantages

      - Great benefits - Beautiful campus - School spirit and pride in the university amongst staff, faculty, and students

      Inconvénients

      It depends on what area or department you work in. I worked at the Health Policy Center on the Education Team within Duke University and it was not a good environment to work in at all. Being at Duke is what made is better but within the health policy center, there were a lot of biases and politics that made is extremely challenging to be happy there.
