      Always challenges you intelectually and allows you to learn new skills in new fields

      Inconvénients

      A lot of micro managing and demand for excellence on a consistent basis and Saturday working is just sad

      Avantages

      Good leadership as a contract worker, ability to attend annual planning seminars and learn the future of defense logistic goals. Good temporary job with an opportunities for real job satisfaction. Good pay and benefits

      Inconvénients

      As with most contract jobs this one was ending soon. Short (1 Yr) duration with option year contracts are stressful to family life.
