The work culture seems to favor local hires, possibly due to limited job opportunities in the surrounding region. However, for professionals relocating from outside, the area is not conducive to career growth, educational opportunities for children, or overall family well-being. The region itself is still developing, and the infrastructure does not support long-term professional or personal settlement. Unless you're from the local vicinity and have limited options, I would advise reconsidering a move to this organization, especially if you value structured work environments and growth opportunities.
