      Avantages

      Casual dress, met some nice people.

      Inconvénients

      Lies. Management and some employees had no problem lying. Management did not care what happened as long as it didn't affect them. Oh, but if it did you can be sure they found a scapegoat. Systems are held together with duct tape and glue. Came to the job with high expectations. Left with no respect.

      Avantages

      In theory, there are many pros. During the interview process, they claimed to be flexible, with work from home, unlimited PTO, and other perks.

      Inconvénients

      In reality, the quite literally abusive, narcissistic head of product will use all of those against you. I have never experienced such anxiety as I have at this job. I’m pretty sure she loves catching mistakes, or changing the rules on the spot to “catch” you. I’m not the only person this has happened to, yet she was promoted while I was here and the company continuously sides with abuse. I can only imagine what is happening in other departments. Steer clear if you value your sanity and self-esteem.
