I love working here remotely where I can control my time and my co-workers respect my contributions. When needed to work on weekends, I was always asked if I could get online to work or not, if yes, I got paid accordingly which is awesome. No overtime pay when I had to work past my working time although it was adjusted so that I wouldn't have to work past working time and work on it in the morning the day after.
