• A lot of teams claim to be "transparent" and "agile". Drop is one of the few companies that actually follows this methodology everyday.
• Great work-life balance.

• Easy to work more than the regular 9-5. Startups often see this as a positive, but I don't agree. It's not required, just seems slightly encouraged.
