      Avantages

      I worked at Driven Local full time for over a year and my experience there was great. It was my first digital marketing job and I received hands on training as well as resources to become fully Google AdWords & Bing Ads certified. The work life balance was unbeatable, hours were very flexible and I was allotted work from home days when I received a promotion a year in. It was a very family oriented and friendly culture, which is hard to find when identifying a company in this industry. Overall a great & pleasant place to start my career in this industry.

      Inconvénients

      I left DL 5 months ago, and heard the cons I had have been improved. (For example no HR dept, but now they have one).

      Avantages

      I've been working in the industry for 5+ years, and I've held positions at various companies/agencies. Driven Local is by far the best place I've ever worked. The company culture is top notch, from flexible hours and early Fridays to massage chairs and virtual reality gear. Upper management not only listens to feedback, but also implements changes accordingly. I've never once felt like my voice wasn't heard -- something that's truly unique, especially within a growing business. There's also a clear career path, no matter what department you enter, so all employees have something bigger and better to work toward.

      Inconvénients

      The company is relatively new; there are some kinks that still need to be worked out. While some people might find this as a setback, I disagree. If you have a vision and express it, you can make a real impact on your job, your department and the company as a whole.
