      Plenty of parking, quiet area

      Inconvénients

      Poor management Lack of training Overly busy workload on new starts with overly high expectations Not an overly friendly team No progression or support - most of the team have been there 25+ years and have little interest in new starts 1 hour lunch break - not allowed smoke breaks

      Avantages

      if you have a petty, suck up personality you'll get on well and probably be promoted, as the senior managers love a bit of butt kissing....

      Inconvénients

      trivial, petty, with little progression and a small pay pack to boot. The lack of diversity is mind numbing in 2022....although considering the attitude of the managers, nobody should be surprised!!
