Lots of really smart people with really interesting projects if you know how to navigate the company.

Inconvénients

Do not rely on manager to find the work you are most interested in - need to network within the company constantly.

Everyone is super nice and there is opportunity for movement upwards and into different departments.

Inconvénients

Pay is a little low but other then that absolutely amazing.
