      Very good owners or promoters lot of freedom do great things

      Inconvénients

      Too many departments working in Silos cannibalizing each other output. Department priority is higher than organization priority. Lot of organizations changes frequent changes Beals the flow. Pay band are not standard two people in same post can have very different packages

      Very great colleagues to work with. Everybody's willing to support you with any research or learning you need.

      Inconvénients

      There's no ux design or research team as such.
