4yWhen an employee is going on medical/other leave or voluntarily/involuntarily separating from the company, unless the employee asks us share the reasoning, we can only share the timeline of departure, which we do at our weekly Town Halls. The Town Halls are optional meetings, and it's a valid point that team members may be caught off guard if they missed that announcement. We will consider sending Town Hall announcements in email as well.
