      DEI allows us to work on small teams of talented engineers with expertise in different areas. By bringing together the talent of different backgrounds, we are able to attack different kinds of problems and find innovative solutions.

      Inconvénients

      DEI requires on the job learning in a field that many people didn't study as undergraduates. This is rewarding for some but not for everyone.
